How pricing works

Zeffy charges nonprofits nothing, including card processing, and asks donors for an optional contribution to Zeffy. Givable charges a published 3% per online gift, with processing billed separately, and donors can choose to cover the fees on their own gift.

Worked example. Zeffy is free, and every donor sees a request to tip Zeffy. On Givable, donors see an option to cover the fees on their own gift instead, and you get Stories, journeys, AI, Salesforce sync, and PayPal and Venmo that Zeffy doesn’t offer.
