How pricing works
RegFox charges a flat fee plus 1% per registrant, capped, with card processing on top. Givable charges a flat $0.99 per ticket, with processing billed separately, and caps the fee on tables and sponsorships so your biggest sales never carry a big fee.
| Givable | RegFox | |
|---|---|---|
| Paid tickets | $0.99, plus processing | Standard: $0.99 + 1% (cap $4.99). Premium: $1.99 + 1% (cap $5.99). Plus 2.9% + 30¢ |
| Free tickets | $0.99 | $0.99 on Standard, $1.99 on Premium, per registrant |
| Deposits, payment plans, badges | Included | Premium plan |
| Waivers | eSign, $1.50 per signature | Premium plan |
| Seating charts | Included | Not in RegFox |
Worked example. On a $50 ticket, Givable’s fee is $0.99, RegFox Standard’s is $1.49, and RegFox Premium’s, which you need for deposits or badges, is $2.49. The gap grows with the ticket price, up to RegFox’s caps. A free community night with 200 guests is $198 on either Givable or RegFox Standard.

- 2Payment plans: are any registrants mid-way through installments or a deposit balance?
- 3Contacts: can your registrant history be exported and imported into your donor CRM?
- 4Check-in: which devices will your door team use on the night?
