Two parts, both published on this page. First, a platform fee on every online transaction: 3% on Standard, 2.5% on Enterprise, which adds $600/mo for a dedicated in-region database and SSO. Second, usage-based rates for AI, messaging, and storage beyond your plan’s monthly allowance. Offline gifts you record yourself carry no platform fee, there are no setup fees, and card processing is billed separately.

The rate does. Larger organizations can move from 3% to the Enterprise rate of 2.5%, so raising more lowers your rate instead of raising it. Enterprise also adds $600/mo for a dedicated in-region database and SSO, which is why we recommend it once you’re processing more than about $2M a year, the point where the lower rate more than covers that fee.

Standard is 3% with 1M AI tokens, 1M API calls, and 10GB media storage a month. Enterprise drops the rate to 2.5% and adds $600/mo for a dedicated in-region database and SSO, with 2M tokens, 2M API calls, and 20GB storage, recommended once you’re processing more than $2M a year. Both include unlimited supporters and users, and multi-currency.

Payment processor fees are billed separately from the platform fee, on both plans. Donors can optionally cover them at checkout, so more of their gift reaches you.

Each plan includes a monthly allowance of Advanced (Claude Sonnet) AI tokens, API calls, and media storage. Beyond that (or when you use the more capable Deep Thinking model), AI is billed per token by model, messaging and phone numbers at the rates above, and media storage at $0.10 per GB per month. Everything metered is billed at the end of the month.
